Peter Bond is a seasoned wellness professional with a Master’s degree in Health and Wellness Management from the University of Wisconsin and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Lehigh University. Peter is passionate about helping others adopt evidence-based strategies to enhance their well-being, and possesses an exceptional ability to connect with people through interactive and engaging presentations. Peter is a certified Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor, and has worked for prominent health organizations such as HealthCorps, the Mindful Child Initiative, and the Aspires Mentoring Program.
Peter has maintained a personal Mindfulness and Yoga practice for almost two decades now, and has studied a wide range of meditative practices such as Zen, Kadampa, Sahaja, Mindfulness, and Tai Chi as well as various yoga styles including Ashtanga, Kundalini, Kriya, and Yin. Currently Peter specializes in integrating evidence-based practices in an interactive and engaging approach customized for each individual client.
